Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

1. CANCELLATIONS : -

1.1. Cancellation prior to delivery - You can cancel your order for any product (except made-to-order products) at any time prior to its delivery by logging in to your account and selecting the 'Request cancellation' option.

For cancellations made before a delivery attempt, any advance paid will be refunded as per our refunds policy. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to the customer’s home for delivery purposes.

1.2. Cancellation after delivery - Products once delivered cannot be returned. On the off chance that you receive a damaged or defective product, our delivery team will try to repair it on the spot or issue a replacement based on the product issue. This decision lies with the delivery team. In case there are manufacturing defects post-delivery, we will treat it as an After Sales complaint. Such products will be repaired or replaced as deemed necessary by our After Sales Specialists.

1.3. Items bought on discount during sale are not eligible for cancellation after delivery.

2. RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS : -

At Unimaple we are totally committed to provide you with a large selection of absolutely top of the line product ranges and deliver what we promise in mint condition without any defects or damages. Our products are therefore elaborately and carefully packed/crated and thoroughly inspected at the pre-shipment stage for any manufacturing defect or damage However in the rare event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect we will gladly and promptly replace the item upon receiving such intimation. In the event of a replacement not being available a full refund will be processed within seven days of receipt of the returned item.

2.1. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our customer service team by writing in to This email address is being protected from spambots. 2.2. Upon receiving your complaint, Unimaple shall verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint. If Unimaple thinks that the complaint is genuine, Unimaple will take the necessary action(s) required to resolve it.

2.3. In order to return any products, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:

a) Please notify Unimaple of receipt of a damaged/defective product/service within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, Unimaple shall not be held liable or responsible for the failure to replace the order.

b) Any product(s) you wish to return should be in an unused condition. In the product is found to be used, a return/replacement cannot be issued.

c) If required, Unimaple will arrange for a pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. However, in non-serviceable areas, you will be required to deliver the product to our nearest Delivery Centre (in a different city from your city) at your own cost and risk within 7 (seven) days of your complaint.

d) Home décor products must be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc.

e) The returned products will be subject to verification and checks by Unimaple in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return request. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product. Also, if the complaint is frivolous or baseless, Unimaple reserves the right to take legal actions against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Unimaple in this regard.

2.4. If a product returned is duly accepted by Unimaple, Unimaple may take either of the following step :

a) If the product can be repaired at your delivery address/residence, Unimaple will get the same repaired there and then; or

b) If the product can be repaired at the service center, Unimaple will get the same repaired and send it back to you, subject to the logistic mode as provided above; or

c) If the product is not available with the vendor, Unimaple shall replace the product with a similar product of your choice of the similar amount. In the event the amount of the replaced product is more that the amount of the original product, you will be required to pay the differential amount and if the amount of the replaced product is less that the amount of the original product, Unimaple will give you a promo code of the differential amount for further use.
